Clarity, innovation and security, finding flexible solutions together are my strengths in working with clients and partners. In addition, I have many years of experience and a broad network.
From 1992 to 2004, I was mainly active as a freelancer in tax and management consulting. In 2005 I founded the Andreas Ritz tax consultancy. In 2010 I changed my name to Ritz & Partner - Steuerberater (PartGG). In addition, I have been active for many years as an advisor to a foundation and as an honorary member of associations.
My main focuses are the accounting of medium-sized corporations, foundations and associations, the digitalisation of business processes, restructuring, planning and controlling, mediation, company valuation, finding innovative solutions, active networking to the advantage of our clients.

During my studies at the Duale Hochschule für Steuer- und Prüfungswesen and the subsequent tax consultant examination in 2005, I always worked in medium-sized tax and auditing companies. In 2010 I participated in Ritz & Partner - Steuerberater (PartGG).
Then, as now, I focused on the accounting of larger companies, procedural law and complex tax returns with an international dimension. Furthermore, as a partner I am responsible for all tax audits and thus the enforcement of tax law.
